    Libido loss could be a real deal breaker for a lot of couples, there’s no doubt.

      Thanks for the comment.  Indeed you are right.  The most contributory factor here is stress levels.  And this can be related to many elements like physical and emotional factors as origin.  No one has the perfect balance of emotional state of mind but it is our duty to manage what we have and work with it.

      Imagine you just had one of those monumental bad day at work, so stressed out and with failing to meet deadline, you got home and the Mrs is expecting your best performance in bed? Or she on the other hand had the worst day at work, all tired out, got home and you expect her to put in her best in bed? I know.  Not really in that order but you can imagine the amount of stress that can put on anyone.  

      This is why I always emphasis on couples communicating to each other.  Understanding your routines can help calm things down. There by creating a better opportunity for couples to work with what time they have and keep the libido up and wanting.
